Tolley House Accommodations and Rates
- The Tolley House has two available bedrooms for rent, each with its own private full bath. There is also a kitchen with a dinette area, a dining room, a back hall, living room, and a reception foyer. The large front porch is furnished with rocking chairs.
- A full country breakfast will be served each morning from 7:00 until 8:00 a.m.
- Check-in is 3:30 p.m.
- Check-out is at 10:30 a.m.
- There is a maximum of 2 guests per room
- The main house has modern appliances and central heat and air
- There are also 2 fireplaces with gas logs
- The grounds are landscaped with magnolias, dogwoods, and lilies
- Paved parking is adjacent to the house
- Plush linens, pillow top mattresses and feather beds are in every bedroom
- Television and wireless internet are in each of the bedrooms
- Snacks are provided around the clock
- Please no smoking and no pets
Rates are as follows
- $150 per night with a full Country Breakfast
- $135 per night with a Continental Breakfast
- $135 per night when booking 2 or more nights with full Country Breakfast
- $100 per night when booking 2 or more nights with Continental Breakfast

- $10 per person, plus cost of catering food (maximum of 25 people)
